Villa Mairea was designed by Finnish architect Alvar Aalto in 1937 to sit among the tall pines of Noormarkku, Finland. This project called for the application of new finishes to the space, which are shown in the renderings. The hand renderings were produced with Chartpak markers and Prisma colored pencils.
